Known for the passionate and energetic spirit of their performances, the Athens-based Galan Trio is active both in Greece and internationally. Focused mainly on presenting new compositions, Galan Trio creates original programs, with the most recent being "Kinesis."
The Galan Trio, a dynamic piano trio from Greece, is comprised of Babis Karasavvidis, violin; Marina Kolovou, cello; Petros Bouras, piano. The Galan Trio will premiere a new composition by Charles Nichols, a Virginia Tech music professor, enitled “Voces Magicae.”
Visitors to the Blacksburg campus Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. will need to display a parking permit, utilize the ParkMobile app, pay the daily charge for a pass, or pay for parking using an hourly meter. A range of parking options can be found here.
All campus parking, including along Alumni Mall, requires a parking permit from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., unless otherwise noted by signage.
